Site Rules:
► When deciding whether or not to report a picture as "Poor Quality", keep in mind that sometimes a poor quality picture is better than no picture at all. That goes especially for galleries with very few pictures, or rare finds.

In other words,
NEVER REPORT THE ONLY DAMN PICTURE IN THE GALLERY.

Don't report *any* picture as PQ in gallery of less than *at least* 25-50 pics, and then do it because *you* went to the trouble to find upgrades for them.

Ten percent of *something* is better than 100% of nothing.
Except in the case of the brain of the person who reported this picture.

I wonder if Eli would consider something like IF a gallery contains < 100 pics THEN reports on those pictures warrant however many more 'justify's' than normal, bigger pages to render the reported pics removed.

@Pinchy- That's almost *exactly* what we've suggested a hundred times, privately and in Fireside Chats. Actually, and much easier to code, is "IF #pics < 100 (or Page < 1) disable all PQ reports." Last reply was in the September 2014 Fireside:

"Yes, I can see where that's a big problem in obscure & vintage galleries. I'll think of something."

Apparently, he's either *still* mulling, perusing & ruminating, or he's entirely stumped this time. Or just plain apathetic.

He *used* to be apathetic, but now he just doesn't care.

There is another pic out there (I can't upload it) of her reclining against a ladder. High heels, short shorts holding up a comic drawing. Bing it and you'll find it. Her feet are shown to be very nice in that pic when enlarged...very nice. Well done Thelma Lou!
