How come it's not allowed?

No way, this is considered Adult Content too now?!
Templar97 (user)2015-02-20 15:45:54
Yeah... She's not nude. She's in a bikini.
Templar97 (user)2015-02-20 15:47:54
@laddishot- That thought crossed my mind just as I posted the last comment. I'll report it. :-/

@Templar97 Sorry, I deleted my post for a error correction.
AFAIK this is known as stolen, a so-called leaked photo, that stuff is from hacked smartphones and such. None of this is allowed here. I guess this was discussed anywhere here.
nonema (user)2015-02-20 15:50:32
@laddishot @ Templar97 It's nonsense as she's not naked or anything, but rules are rules. I guess it's the fear of being legally charged.

I appreciate what we're doing here, but TBH sometimes I think we're being a lil unnecessarily conservative with the rules.
Templar97 (user)2015-02-20 15:56:14
Ordinarily, a photo like this would be allowed, but since it was obtained illegally from her cell phone, it qualifies as an illegal/copyrighted photograph.
Templar97 (user)2015-02-20 15:58:09
If Avril were to take a bikini selfie and post it to her Facebook or Instagram of her own free will, that would count as an acceptable and legal picture.
nonema (user)2015-02-20 16:01:23
@Templar97 So there's 3rd pic like this (same bikini and beach in the background) on the first page, should it be removed too?
Templar97 (user)2015-02-20 16:04:34
@nonema- Unfortunately, yes.
