1. Straightness - some girls have what I call curly toes where they either curl inward or outward (both extremely negative in my view, I do give the pinky toe an exception occasionally), some toes also bend down at the end of the toe or the toe nail joint (not as negative as curly toes, but still a negative)
2. symmetry - is there a good gradual increase from pinky toe(1) to big toe(5) (again pinky gets an exception sometimes) Pretty much, does each toe get a bit longer or do the ends of the toes symmetrically progress. Some girls have like shorter toes 1 and 2 and then longer 3 and 4 or sometimes toes 3 and 4 are the same length at the end of the toes (usually meaning toe 3 is longer than 4. Probably the worst symmetric for me is really short 1-4 toes and long big toe or really long 1-4 and a short big toe. I dont mind toe 4 being longer than the big toe so long it has good symmetrical progress from toe to toe.
4. Distance between toes (boney or fat toes) - do the toes stay straight sitting and standing. Some girls toes look splayed (too much distance usually boney) all the time and therefore usually curl inward when standing (there are also the girls with short sometimes chubby toes that look like they grow straight out from the curvature of the foot before the toes giving them the splayed look) or if they are too close (or toes are too fat) then they tend to curl outward (ESPECIALLY when standing or in heals example Kaley Cuoco)
Conclusion, a girl can have long or short toes, but its the above that should affect their rating the most. Again, just my opinion, everyone is different.
Personally, I think the most important things to look at regarding toes are....
