@tweety- OH, I remember that. Wonder if it's posted on Kelly's page (where this discussion *should* be, LOL)? Speaking of Regis, did you seen the one I posted on Catherine Zeta-Jones' wall (courtesy of @Tarantino)? It's buried on Page 2 now, look for 2013-04-07 20:28:22 Great vid of Regis drooling over her arches!
@54 - "You wanna see his feet during a pilates segment? Fine. LOL " Throwing up in my mouth as I type!

I'd rather not watch the show if there's no eye-candy i.e. Kelly Ripa.

I think Strahan is funny. They should keep him and get a better looking woman than Ripa to take her spot.

That was one pesty little sh** of a host. I wish they would toss Strahan and have another Girl or Lady there with Kelly. Those segments where shoes have to be removed would be NICE!

@54- You know, gaffes like misspelling 'gaffes.'

@54, Yes the then-Miss America said to me in a one-on-one (slow day at the mall) that Regis was "a jerk" and "treated his guests like crap." I've heard that other places too, and can't you tell it just from watching & listening to him (if you can stand it)? I always hated him and couldn't *wait* for him to retire, which he finally did, but they put him out to pasture about a decade too late, IMO. He was forgetting guests names, making all kinds of gaffs & blunders, and it was just sad to watch.
@BiB - first time I've heard the story. Thanks and lucky you!

@ILF- Yeah, but the cool thing is the other guys were unashamed foot men, so there was always discussion of excitement or disgust after a customer left. I've told this story too many times here, but once again... One day, Miss 'OurState' who hailed from my town, came in to shop, trying on and purchasing a pair of very high, very sexy strappy silver stilettos to wear in the swimsuit competition of the Miss America Pageant! She indeed wore *our* shoes, and WON! I was slaving away in a high school class at the time this transpired, but trust me, we never heard the end of it from the slimy, pervy assistant manager who'd waited on her! However, I got a 'consolation prize' of sorts - she returned home a short time later sporting her new tiara & sash, at a 'home town girl makes good' appearance at that mall, and I *was* there for that one, getting a 'side-hug' photo taken with her! Not bad. She had already appeared on TV on "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" and she said he was a big jerk---not hard to believe. Later, she married a big Colgate-Palmolive exec.
@BiB - "Ahhhh, but there *were* those moments that made it all worth while! [sigh...]". Followed by a fifteen minute coffee break I presume. Priceless! ;-)

@ILF- Exactly. Ever hear Al Bundy complaining about his day at work? Ugly women, fat women, women you'd rather not look at, let alone touch, women with feet that are very ugly (quotes @Sterne) 'n' smelly, and I don't mean in a good way, more like gross.
Ahhhh, but there *were* those moments that made it all worth while! [sigh...]
@BiB - "and only occasionally was it as exciting as you'd imagine it would be" and @FMcF - "After years of unemployment I have found my dream job." Based upon what @BiB is eluding to, I can only figure, as an employee you can't always pick your customer. In a fantasy world every woman's feet would be an eighth wonder of the world, but such is not the case. @BiB, am I close?

@McFeetish> "I have found my dream job."
Funny! Almost exactly what I said a day or two ago on another wall!
An Asian friend of mine actually *did* this for about a year, and he said it's not any fun at all. I can't be more specific due to site guidelines dealing with bigotry, but suffice it to say he wouldn't have liked Christina--->
I worked in a women's shoe store for a few years, and only occasionally was it as exciting as you'd imagine it would be.
