@Cthulhu- Many months ago, Eli promised to 'soon' turn back on the e-mail notification for comments. Until then, there really is no easy way. Either watch the Guild List for names of galleries where you have posted, or you can leave a browser tab open on each wall where you've posted a comment that you want to see replies to, then just refresh them periodically.
