The 3 other pictures had no part of the doll visible. Seems a bit of a strict guideline to follow considering other pictures of skimpy bathing suits and bath towels allowed....just saying mods.

2023-04-04 23:03:28 Oh course they were cropped. I disagree that it was adult content based on dressing a doll and no obscenity is in the pictures. The upload policy says it allows fair use of images from movies and other content. Otherwise pictures from Hollywood movies wouldn't be on the site. I'm not being argumentative, I'm stating my case that it wasn't adult content. Under the reasoning given, any content taken from an R rated movie could be adult content because a bare breast was visible at one point over the course of a 2 hour movie.

So regardless of crop, it's still not corporative enough to apply fair use onto it. We can go back and forth, but the fact is that many galleries were locked or taken down under their own requests because of paid content. |
