I'd say it's very prominent - a Prominent Morton's toe - That 2nd one looks like it's giving us all the finger. Also in high heels I think it accentuates that push forward on that 2nd toe as shoes deform by design but this one is so pronounced that even at rest barefoot it would be more than a little prominent
