2019-10-25 20:46:39 I found a clear photo of the top of her feet. They look cute from the bottom, but the tops are sickening. I didn't post because it's one of those cases where the pain of knowing far exceeds the frustration of not knowing.

Think she was deep in her 70s when she passed away and I choose to remember her more at the height of her fame when I was a kid and she churned out some corny (even then) but fun hit singles that fit the time in a way-- Things changed fast that decade (1960's) where early 60's were culturally more like the 1950's and then things evolved fast the latter part of that decade

2018-02-17 09:09:31 @slimjim, NFS but a nice video of a 21 year old Lesley Goldstein (Gore) nonetheless. Lesley had a major coming-out party in 2005 when she announced she was a lesbian. She died of lung cancer in 2015; she was 68 years old.

2018-02-17 09:56:50 I just found out about something called the Mandela Effect. It's where there's a public or personal consciousness that a person long dead is still alive and vice versa. I knew that Adam West had just died recently but thought that Burt Ward had died long ago. Surprise, still among the living.
I didn't attach the clip because I knew there was NFS. It's just there in case someone wants a trip down memory lane. |
