I think Kristine Zell is next closest to Courtney in the toes dept. I know some had said the Vince Camuto spokesmodel Bethanie Lori, but my high school friends and I believe Bethanie has Jolly Green Giant or Incredible Hulk big toes. I find her big toes hideous and way too big and thick. Courtney's toes are in the 1% category of women's toes, being perfect

Its Courtney or Jennifer Coffey for me. But she is sans shoes at the beginning of the video, also at 02:56, 4:50 and 6:18. The best closeups of her in sandals are at 03:09, 6:38, 08:26 and 09:04.
