You can only rate a chick’s feet if they are bare foot or in basic flip-flops. Shoes hide many a flaw.
Person is a woman = 5 stars straight up.
After that, well it’s:
Minus 1 star for elongated Morton’s toe or toes even. Minus 1 star for deformed, bent or bony toes or what someone once called squigglers or hammers and fused toes. Minus 1 star for bunions. Minus 1 star for unattractive nail beds. Minus 1 star for flat feet. Minus 1 star for unbalanced feet – proportion aspect. Toe alignment and presentation and symmetry.
So, if anyone has all the above, and a lot do, then they default to 1 star.
