@Manteau Fabs For downloading videos, I recommend JDownloader for Windows & Linux, and yt-dlp for Linux.
And for taking screenshots, I recommend SMPlayer (Windows & Linux), with a couple of customizations;

When using SMPlayer to get screenshots, press < and > to go frame-by-frame, and press S to screenshot.
On Preferences > Template, edit to "%F_%P", that makes the names of the screenshots be "VideoName_ExactTimeFromVideo" so they don't get disorganized.
On Preferences > General > Video, choose "gpu" for good quality rendering.
On Preferences > Advanced, type "repeat true" for loops.
On Preferences > Interface > Instances, uncheck it to be able to play multiple videos at once.
