That's right... damn near 90 minutes of Raquel doing yoga poses in a zebra one-piece. There are bare feet throughout, on and off, but if you skip ahead to :45 or so, espeically about :50-:55, there's stuff that'll change your life!
Missed her appointment for a bikini wax last few times.-->
(:^p) Good work, @Feets. I think I have a fair idea of whom your celebrity crush might be...

#BiB60, She was magnificent in her prime, but anyone who knows me as the classic and vintage stars guy here would probably be surprised by some of my biggest celebrity crushes at the moment (Emma Stone, Rachel McAdams, Kierra Knightley)
Rachel is one of my Top 3, and is.. well *was* the theme (wallpaper & screensaver slide show) of my laptop that just died. Stacy Ferguson is my #1. Believe it or not, I've still got Courtney Love as the theme on my kitchen computer! She was a fave some years ago. Now, probably Stacy Keibler or Stana Katic.
But you almost can't beat Raquel for a 60s babe. And 70s. And 80s.

I say all this while I upload another 18 pics of her tonight, she was and is gorgeous (and a favorite of both Angelo Frontoni and Harry Langdon Jr) is it any wonder I don't go a week on here without uploading at least one picture of Raquel.
It's always fantastic when more pics of EPIC women like Raquel Welch are found for our viewing pleasure. She, Sophia Loren & Brigitte Bardot the most epic 'all-round' women in the "Blasts from the Past" category.
It's always fantastic that @Feets o'Strength and one or two others devote their spare time to Raquel archaeology. And the new colour one almost blew me away, I'm so used to B&W here. This one? Well, doesn't she know what'll happen to that daybed when the tied comes in?
@feets- Gotta love the euphemisms used in the 50s & 60s... e.g. "Camera Clubs" (Bettie Page) and "Art Theaters" (porno flicks) and this... "Figure Studies."
Uh-huh. And they read Playboy for the articles. Just like my dad always did at the barbershop when I was a tike in the mid-sixties! But when *I* tried once when just dropped off there alone, the barber wouldn't let me read that one! ;) Guess he figured the reading level of a six-year-old wasn't up to reading Playboy articles.

@BiB60 Yeah I remember me and my best friend raiding my Dad's Playboy collection in the 70's and no we didn't spend time reading the articles. It's a shame though in they contained some of the greatest fiction of the 20th Century. John Updike, Joseph Heller, Ray Bradbury, Michael Crichton, Norman Mailer and Kurt Vonnegut among others were all regularly published there. Hell I remember when Gallery, High Society, and Oui all had cutting edge journalism to fill pages and to be utterly ignored buy their "readers"

@BiB60 I like the "Figure Studies" euphemism, in it focuses on the unsung heroes of the site, the glamour and fashion photographers, an enormous proportion of my uploads are of the work of 2 men Harry Langdon Jr., and Angelo Frontoni (Raquel was a regular subject of both) It is surprising in that we are here on these walls at Eli's request to discuss "aesthetics", that the subject of the photographers never comes up. A less enlightened person might guess that these walls have nothing to do with "an intellectual discussions over symmetry and aesthetics"
My uncle had some Playboy calendars upstairs in his 'man cave' that I found. But when I was about 11, I had a neighbor who was babysitting for another neighbor swipe one for me. Her dad was a cop, found out, and we both got in trouble! I could even tell you which issue it was if I saw the covers (I wanna say about June '71...). Later in life, I had the entire set in near-mint condition, all but about the first six (really rare & expensive) issues. They were sadly all "lost" at some point in my mid-twenties (don't ask!) Wish I had them *now* although most bring almost nothing on eBay. I have since reacquired the '77(?) Farrah Fawcett one (first/best of several she did).
