I don't think that's her feet. She is always wearing a toering on her second toe (right foot). On this closeup it shows no toering while on a different still from the movie, where the camera shows her whole body on the bed, she wears the ring. Also her toenails on this still don't match the ones from closeup pics from movie related events.
