2020-05-10 12:25:38 I can't agree with that... I don't see anything wrong in most women on here having a five star rating - it just emphasizes the beauty of female feet. Your recommendation "to rediscover the power of rating most "3"" is highly counterproductive and can make women unhappy and less confident (also in showing off their feet), so it just leads to the disadvantage to all the fans of their feet. Just watch some wikiFeet reactions on YouTube, there are lots of them. It shows women are usually not too amused with a four star or even lower rating. So three stars or less are commonly seen as quite bad. I actually never rated anyone below "ok", and even my "ok" ratings are very few. Why would I want to have feet that I dislike listed in my Account preferences?! Also, does Oprah really need a 748th person to tell her her feet are ugly? I don't think so... If I see bad feet I just move on to the next page without leaving negativity or bad ratings. IMO, giving bad ratings anonymously is pretty much a selfish and unnecessary act that just has the potential to hurt people and might spawn a disservice to fellow foot lovers. And I admit, I'm someone who often starts with five. In some cases this also makes sense as an attempt to 'balance' out an overall bad rating that clearly comes from the bad and ugly troll/idiot ratings especially in new and still low voted galleries. wikiFeet is a very well known website by now and if a woman is a new celeb, her gallery is still small or she's foot shy, a bad rating sure doesn't help her to show off her feet more often in the future. As I said, we just damage each other this way... Is this really less important than letting things get "meaningless" with a lot of good ratings...?

2020-05-10 12:41:39 I have watched several girls get super happy with their 4.5-5 star ratings when they discovered the site and post a video for it. You can see it in their genuine smile. And usually, after that, they start posting more "accidental" foot shots. I agree with Taro, let people rate how they want. Not everyone treats them as dead objects, measuring them up to all sorts of set parameters. In fact, I"m pretty sure the lionshare of us don't. Which means you might be the one using the rating system wrong lol, in stead of everyone else. How it goes currently, is rating the feet of a girl we adore, and how attracted we are to them as a result. I rarely rate 3, never 2 or 1 (I skip those as I don't see a need to lower the girl's rating she got from her fans). And much less, I never leave a comment pointing out imperfections, because that only leads to insecurities for the girls in question.

2021-09-15 15:21:53 The overuse of giving out 5's to all led to the absurd request of some for a "6th" star, which if granted, would also soon become obsolete as that would be overused in similar fashion. Conversely I think the worst ("1") rating is often overused as well as people think in terms of instant turn-on or turn off (sometimes for non-foot reasons, age, weight etc) rather than actually seeing the subtle differences between feet. MOST female feet (if that's what you like, which I assume why you're here) should be at least somewhat positive or "okay", and ya got 2 full grades above and below that. I'm just in favor of using all 5 grades, not just 1 and 5.

2022-03-01 00:26:23 @ Ye Olde Doc 100% agreed. The idea of 5 stars for every pair of feet devalues the high ranking. I mean if every one of them is worthy of a 5 than the rating isnt special at all. Some of these guys basically admitted that even though this site is to discuss and rank women's feet he prefers to give them all high praise for feelings.

2022-03-01 01:49:14 Honestly, I am not trying to say that a person's average rating should be a 3, but this is why I'd like some kind of normalized view of the ratings alongside (not in place of) the raw values. E.g. someone with an average rating of 4.5 would have their 4 star rating adjusted downward, while a person with a 3.5 star average rating would have that same 4 stars adjusted up. I think it would be really interesting to see.

2021-09-15 15:05:46 My wife had surgery to remove bunions on both her feet before we met & you are correct that years of tight, ill-fitting shoes can cause them, however in my wife's case they were hereditary which I didn't know either, so I am thinking that is what's going on with this pretty young lady. I truly don't think she even old enough to have developed those already. It is sad because she is such an attractive young lady.
