@p66- I keep thinking, "Dang, for a Hollywood actress, she only owns five pair of shoes and wears them constantly?" Then I think, "But hey, five GREAT choices that show her perfect feet off beautifully... and she knows it." And so do we.
If she's only going to wear like half a dozen pairs of shoes, at least this pair is a favorite of hers in 'heavy rotation. They show of her beautiful feet nicely. Guess they didn't tell her in Hollywood it's bad form to wear any article of clothing more than once!
@Celaris I've just been joking, but if you're curious there are several other alternatives to the toe strap. I've seen sandals with what essentially amounts to a knob between the big and second toes rather than a strap, a single strap around the big toe, and a single strap running perpendicular to the foot. Each has a more open toe area than the shoes in question, but only the third is feasible with heels, and is accompanied by additional straps or structural material further up on the foot.

@pidgeon66. They are called barefoot sandals. Unfortunately, the heel size is limited and there is always glue residue on the soles every time they are taken off.
Lol! Thinking of shoes with heels that high and no toe strap reminds me of Salvador Dali's "Melting Clocks". That strap is there to provide resistance so gravity can form those exquisite arches. Oh crap. I just showed my geek didn't I.
@BIB60 She's got that style in at least three different colors. Which is great! I don't know of any better heels for showing off the feet, especially feet with such a lovely arch as hers. If only someone could devise a way of removing that strap along the toes while keeping the shoe structurally sound...
