I met Ann in passing a couple of years ago... at a Walgreen's across from the Tucson Hilton. She was wearing a baseball cap, a white billowy blouse with a wife beater beneath it, a pair of cut-off denim jeans, and flip-flops!!! Her toes are very long and very symmetrical. Near perfection. Her nails were polished a very dark purple and she wore a toe ring on each of her index toes. There were few signs of "high-heel callouses" and the thought crossed my mind that she must find her feet as lovely as I did because she obvious;y takes good care of them. Without making a scene or embarrassing either one of us, I smiled and tipped my imaginary hat to her, addressing her by name "Ms. Coulter." She smiled brightly and said "You cowboys are always so gentlemanly..." I think at that point I turned 8 shades of red and tripped over my tongue as she left. It was one of those moments I'll never forget. I even remember what she was buying.
