We just had [yet another] discussion on this topic earlier on Tamara Ecclestone's wall:
Per the Admin/Owner, the actual *rule* is that 'Underage' applies *only* to the 'principle target' of a photo (the celeb herself) and not anyone else in the photo. This includes other celebrities, the celeb's own children, or merely faces in the crowd or background.
However, *many* of us would prefer not to see kids (or guys) in these photos. Some uploaders blur/obscure them out before uploading, and we have a few people who don't care what the rule is, they'll report them every time.
Please pay attention before you start reporting pictures you can look at the angle she is moving in and tell it is not a duplicate without even opening the picture. I HATE to think about all the pictures I did not get to see because some one was in such a hurry to report a picture they did not even look at it.
